She came to our home and evaluated it even after she worked all day, just to accommodate our work schedules. Then she explained what her plan of action would be to sell our home. We signed everything, and she went right into doing everything she said she would. With in a week we had 7 people look at our home. Then the next week we got our first offer (which we accepted). With every question we had, she was right there to answer it. She was also very tech savvy, we could email her, text her, or call her. We never had any major issue in our transaction either. When the gas in our investment property needed to be turned on she worked at our home waiting for the city to turn the gas on. (We live out of state). She was in constant communication with us.
